FairPlay9 Terms and Conditions — Easy House Rules on UTR and One ID, Agree to Play
Agree to the fairplay9 terms and conditions and you can ask our desk for an ID or for deposit details. Most of it comes down to three things: being 18 or older, holding just one FairPlay ID, and paying only into details the desk sent fresh for that one transfer.

Two rulebooks
Two rulebooks touch a FairPlay player. This one is short and governs only what passes between you and our ID desk on fairplay9.org (the about FairPlay9 page explains why we are not the sportsbook).
Everything about a bet, from a voided market to a stake cap, is settled by the build your ID signs in on: fairplay9.com points to its Game Rules and Terms & Conditions from the footer, while the multi-language FairPlay build tucks Rules & Regulations into the account menu. Check theirs too.

FairPlay Deposits Go Only to Fresh, Verified Details From the Desk
Fresh details, every single time
UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are the payment names printed on the official FairPlay9 build. The desk hands you receiving details for each deposit when you ask, and you pay into those and nothing else. Old details are dead details.
A UPI ID copied from last week's chat, a forwarded screenshot, a group post, a stranger claiming to work for FairPlay: none of these count, even when the name on it looks right, so ask again before every transfer and keep the UTR plus a screenshot until the money shows in your balance.

Who is bound by these rules when the desk sets up an ID
These fairplay9 terms and conditions bind three kinds of visitor: someone reading, someone asking the desk for a FairPlay ID, and someone paying into details the desk supplied. Age, one account, payment handover. Nothing more.
Odds and settlement are missing by design. Those sit with whichever FairPlay build your ID opens on.

Reading the official sportsbook rules beside this safe house list
The footer of fairplay9.com and the account menu of the multi-language build both carry that sportsbook's rule text. If a bet dispute comes up, the build's text applies; this list only governs how the desk deals with you.
CHIP 03 · eligibility
FairPlay Accounts Are for Adults 18+, With One Genuine ID Each
- 18 or older
The desk issues FairPlay IDs to adults only. No exceptions.
- One ID per person
The desk will not open a second FairPlay ID for someone who already has one, so every UTR you keep points back to a single username.
- Your own details
Put your real name on the request; payouts later go only to a bank account in that same name, so a borrowed identity simply strands the balance. Swap the starter password once you are in, following the FairPlay login password steps.
- Nobody else's account
Do not sign in for a friend, and do not lend yours.

When FairPlay9 Terms Change, the Latest Dated Version Applies
This version is dated 15 Oct 2026, and covers every page of the FairPlay9 lobby. Builds move.
- A FairPlay build renames a menu label or a dialog line: we correct the wording here and change the date.
- An address stops answering: the address pages are updated, while these rules stay as they are.
- The desk changes how deposit details are handed out: this page changes first.
What the desk keeps about you while it works is set out in the FairPlay9 privacy policy, not here. Probably the least exciting page on the site. Still, a quick reread after a new date is sensible, because carrying on with the desk once an update is posted counts as agreeing to the newer FairPlay house rules in full.
